Return & Refund Policy

Here at Greenhills Chicken and Eggs Supply we strive to be the world’s number one brand in egg incubators and hatchers – hence why we take returns and refunds very seriously.

We also understand that sometimes things can go wrong – and that’s when we want to make sure we take care of you as our most valued customer! All we ask of you is to give us the opportunity to rectify whatever might have gone wrong with your purchase.

In the highly unlikely event that you are unhappy with the product that you received from us, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately on any of the contact numbers provided on our Contact Us page. We are here to assist you to find a solution.

Returns 

We take great pride in the fact that returns almost never happen at Greenhills Chicken and Eggs Supply. If, however, you are completely unhappy and need to return the product then please do so within 7 days of receiving it.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Remember to include your proof of purchase when returning the item.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted. The return shipping must be arranged and paid by you.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected by our helpful team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to a manufacturing error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@greenhillchickensandeggs.co.za  our sales team on the numbers provided on your invoice. We will then gladly make exchange arrangements with you if necessary. If items are damaged during transport please return the item so that we can replace your damaged unit with a new one. Please do not accept any damaged items or sign any waybill if damage is visible upon delivery.
